This privacy policy explains how The Imperial Apron 7in Dashboard (“TIA Dashboard”) accesses and uses Google user data for its private delivery-tracking feature.

Google Gmail access

TIA Dashboard requests read-only access to an authorized Gmail account. This access is used only to read and identify email messages that contain delivery, shipment, carrier, tracking, and related order-status information needed to display delivery updates on the dashboard.

How Google user data is used

Gmail data accessed by TIA Dashboard is used solely to provide the dashboard's delivery-tracking functionality. TIA Dashboard does not use Gmail access to send email, modify messages, or delete messages.

Storage

The dashboard may store locally derived delivery information and authorization credentials required for continued access on systems operated by The Imperial Apron. This information is used only to operate the dashboard and its delivery-tracking feature.

Sharing and advertising

Google user data accessed by TIA Dashboard is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Access and revocation

Access to Google data is limited to the permissions granted by the authorized Google account. The account holder may revoke the application's Google access through their Google Account security settings.
